A life shaped by curiosity, transformation & connection

I’m a Colombian psychologist and Certified Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner based in Berlin.

For more than two decades, my personal and professional journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human consciousness, transformation, and the connection between body, mind, emotions, and our inner world.

A journey of learning & exploration

My path has taken me across different cultures, traditions, and approaches to understanding the human experience. I trained directly with Dr. Stanislav Grof, became a Certified Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner in 2009, and later continued my training within Grof Breathwork.

Along the way, I studied Jungian Psychology at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich and explored different therapeutic, contemplative, and body-oriented approaches. My learning has also been shaped by encounters with indigenous traditions in Colombia and Brazil and by my own long-standing practice of meditation, yoga, and breathwork.

Today, these different perspectives inform an approach that sees human experience as interconnected — psychological, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual.

Across Cultures & Traditions

Learning shaped by different psychological, contemplative, and cultural perspectives.

The personal behind the professional

My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by my own journey through identity, motherhood, loss, discovery, and transformation.

Learning later in life that I had been adopted became a profound part of understanding my own story. It strengthened my trust in intuition and deepened my awareness of how our origins, relationships, and experiences can continue to shape us.

Motherhood and many years of personal inner work have further taught me that transformation is rarely a straight path. It requires curiosity, courage, compassion, and the willingness to meet ourselves honestly.

These experiences continue to inform the way I accompany others — not by providing answers for their journey, but by creating space for their own process to unfold.

The work I do today

Today, I work with individuals, groups, leaders, and professionals across different settings. My work includes Transformative Coaching, Psychedelic Integration, experiential workshops, and tailored experiences for leaders and teams.

I also contribute to professional training in Berlin, supporting practitioners in understanding non-pharmacological approaches to non-ordinary states of consciousness and the importance of therapeutic presence.

Across these different settings, the intention remains the same: to create a grounded, compassionate space for deeper self-understanding, integration, and meaningful transformation.
