Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance
  → 50% of the session fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made on the same day
  → The full session fee will be charged.

This policy ensures that appointments remain fair and accessible for all clients.
